I work almost everyday, and I slack almost everyday
On average, I work 5h a day. Some days I work 3h. Some days I work 8h. The best part, I’m at peace. I used to be stressed on not working at least 8h a day. Now, it’s more like, I need to finish what I need to finish.

Does that mean my progress is slower vs if I work 8h everyday? Of course. Life is full of phases. There are times where I will be working a lot. There are times that I won’t. And right now, its the phases of doing, but also a chill mindset.
Working a lot of hours doesn’t guarantee I would be successful. Working on the right things that move towards my goals does. So what are the right things or actions I’m working on?
For any action, it requires a goal, and right now its:
100% of students who joined EzWin will improve by 1 grade a least.
So the “right thing” that I’m working on:
- A system that recognise the weaknesses of the students and create a personalised study plan
- Create content that any student understand, and eventually, improve
Anything outside of these are a distraction.
